  1. To offset high delivery charges, businesses should minimize fees while generating new revenue streams through subscription models or pre-selling for higher margins.
  2. To meet customer demand for a transparent return policy, the firm should use AI and a creative UI to simplify returns and offer a minimal-fee order edit feature or include it in a subscription plan. </aside>
